Sinister fitness interval training

 We are here to help everyone get fit and healthy through proper technique and training. Even though our regular Sinister Squad members benefit from Sinfit anyone can participate. This is a full body workout intended to be exactly what every full body workout should really be. Burn unwanted fat build your core and muscle all at the same time. Our warm ups are no joke here we keep consistently changing what we do but with a format based structure. Followed by our rounds portion based off of kickboxing and muay thai based striking and kicking. It changes like we said from class to class. Meaning we have Thai Pad training plus partner glove drills and thai bag rounds to boot. Never done it  before? Cool we will train you because everyone has had a first day.

Plyometric style training for our warm up
Stretching to improve your over all performance and health
Kickboxing and Thai style striking including knee and elbow strikes along with normal punches and kicks
​Thai Pad partners to learn how to be a better pad holder while gaining a great workout
Bag Round once in place you will be able to use what you learn in the bag round drills
Kickbox Glove rounds which is a great way to use focus and technique with our gloves and squad members
Ground and Pound with our grappling dummies using real world/mma moves as part of your workout
Burn out drills. Not as scary as it sounds but you will get the picture.

This are small examples of the different things we will be doing during class. They will be rotated out and changed up exactly what each one does or uses during the day they are used.

SinFit is included for free for all Sinister BJJ members. 

With 10 years of BJJ and Instructor Fitness doing proper technique is high on our priorities. Our instructors have real time MMA fight training with multiple fighters as well as years experience in the fitness industry.
