Come in through our updated lobby. Here you can come before class and get ready for the mats. We have included outlet plugs with USB ready ports built in so don't forget that phone cable in car and charge it while you train. Enjoy the FREE HIGH SPEED WiFi internet available. We have a TV inside the lobby playing jiu jitsu videos and sometimes Star Wars movies. It helps for the parents waiting on kids classes to end lol. UPSTAIRS Or go upstairs to our dressing/stretching room. This is where we set private changing rooms to get out of those street clothes and into that gi. We added some mats upstairs as well to stretch out before class. There you will find foam rollers of different styles and sizes to use and a percussion massage tool to loosing up those muscles. In the center of the room one of our big sponsors donated an inversion table for everyone to use. No we do Not have showers here so plan accordingly. MAIN FLOOR Part of making a better gym experience we have a 40 inch screen mounted in the mat area to use for videos and our large time clock. It is an experience that makes everyone want to keep coming back and train harder. Battle Ropes, Kettle bells, Slam Balls are all here as part of Sinfit Be sure to come in before the class starts to sign the waiver before hand. Yes we do have loaner Gis available that we clean our self. So no stinky Gi permafunk.
